Hazard: The recalled sweaters have a drawstring through the hood, posing a strangulation hazard to children. 

Description: The recalled sweaters have a V-neck, hood and kangaroo pocket. The sweaters are either pink with charcoal stripes or blue with white stripes. They were sold in the following girls’ sizes: small, medium, large, and extra large.

Sold at: Sears stores nationwide during September 2007 for about $34.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately remove the drawstring to eliminate the hazard.
