Batch #S691001 and Batch #S691002

HimalayaUSA® is recalling Organique by Himalaya Nourishing Night Cream with batch #S691001 and batch #S691002 effective immediately. This product was distributed nationwide in the U.S. and in Canada. For identification purposes, the product is sold in a cylinder shaped teal bottle with an orange cap. The batch numbers are located on the bottom of the bottle.

The bacteria staphylococcus aureus and fungus were found present in samples of Nourishing Night Cream batch #S691001

MGA Entertainment of Van Nuys, CA is recalling 6,200 units of the Bratz Makeup Design Sketch Book. This product has the potential to be contaminated with Staphylococcus warneri and Staphylococcus intermedius. MGA is recalling products produced between November 5, 2010 and February 25, 2011. MGA has ceased production and distribution of this product.

The Makeup Design Sketch book was distributed nationwide and sold through retail stores and e-commerce web sites.

Product can be identified by the batch code and/or item number printed on the back cover of the sketch book. The UPC for product number 504788 is: 0-35051-50478-8

Through finished product testing, elevated levels of bacteria was found in the eye shadow portion of this product.

Hazard: The aerosol container's liner can corrode over time, posing a risk of the cans rupturing and expelling its contents.

Description: This recall involves Redken Guts 10 Volume Spray Mousse Foam sold in 10.58- and 2-ounce size cans. The hair styling product was sold in a silver container with black writing. "Redken" and "10" are printed on the front of the product. The product can be identified by a lot code printed on the bottom of the can. Lot codes included in this recall include:

Sold at: Hair salons and beauty supply stores nationwide from January 1998 through February 2011 for between $4 and $16.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled mousse, record the product's lot code then discard the contents by spraying it into a waste container in a well ventilated area. Prior to disposing of the container, consumers should obtain the lot code from the container, then contact Redken for information on receiving a refund of the purchase price.
