"SYSCO IMPERIAL PARTIALLY BONED FULLY COOKED ROASTED YOUNG DUCKLING HALVES" in 8.25 lb. boxes with a package code of 113000;

"Maple Leaf Farms PARTIALLY BONED ROASTED YOUNG DUCKLING HALVES" in 7.5 lb. boxes with a package code of 0335;

"Maple Leaf Farms ROAST HALF DUCKLING WITH ORANGE SAUCE" in 10.5 lb. boxes with a package code of 0335;

Product: "Watson's Buffalo Brand Hot Chicken Wings" and "Watson's Ready To Eat Fire Eaters Extra Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings"

Codes: Produced January 9, 2001 and packed in two-pound bags, five bags per case (10-pound cases). The cases of Buffalo Brand Hot Chicken Wings bear the product code "870012". The cases of the Watson's Ready To Eat Fire Eaters Extra Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings do not bear an identifying product code. The establishment number "P-1343" appears in the USDA mark of inspection on the label of both product cases. Additionally, the package Julian code of 0091 (corresponding to the production date of 01/09/01) is stamped on the cases of both products. The two-pound product packages bear no date or product identification codes. They are only identified with the product name and establishment number.

Problem: The product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogeneses.

Discovered: A sample collected by FSIS on January 9, 2001, returned positive result for Listeria monocytogenes on January 23, 2001.
