INZ DISTRIBUTORS INC./MAGIC POWER COFFEE INC. of Brooklyn, NY is recalling dietary supplement product sold under the name, Magic Power Coffee.

One lot of the product  contains undeclared hydroxythiohomosildenafil, similar in structure to Sildenafil.

Magic Power Coffee is distributed nationwide on Internet sites and online auctions by multiple independent distributors participating in an online multi-level marketing program. It is sold in a 2-serving box with UPC 718122686872 and a 12-serving carton containing six 2-serving boxes with UPC 718122686773. All production dates up until 05/08/2010 are being recalled.

Customers who have this product in their possession should stop using it immediately and contact their physician if they have experienced any problems that may be related to taking this product.

Name of Product: Scope® Original Mint Mouthwash, 1 Liter Size

Units: About 35,000 bottles

Manufacturer: The Procter & Gamble Co., of Cincinnati, Ohio

Hazard: The mouthwash contains ethyl alcohol and certain bottles have malfunctioning child-resistant caps and lack the statement, "This Package for Households Without Young children," as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. Ethyl alcohol is toxic and can cause serious injury or death if ingested by children.

Description: This recall involves some bottles of Scope® Original Mint Mouthwash in 1 liter sizes. The recalled bottles have the number 4 on the bottom of the bottle. The bottles with the 4 on the bottom may not be child-resistant. Consumers can also attempt to twist the cap open. If the cap can be twisted off without squeezing the tabs on the cap, the package is not child-resistant.

Sold at: Drug stores, grocery stores and other retailers between January 2010 and June 2010 for about $4.

Remedy: Consumers should keep this product out of the reach of children. Consumers who purchased the product with the expectation that it would be in child-resistant packaging can contact Procter & Gamble for a full refund or a replacement coupon. Adult consumers can continue to use the product as directed.

Illinois Firm Recalls Imported Beef Products Due to Potential Animal Drug Contaminant

• 12 oz. cans of "Deltina CORNED BEEF WITH JUICES" with the production code "100120" inkjetted on the top of the can. These products were sent to a distribution center in Florida for retail sales.
• 12 oz. cans of "Hormel CORNED BEEF WITH NATURAL JUICES" with the production code "100120" inkjetted on the top of the can. These products were sent to distribution centers in Guam for retail sales.
• 35 lb. boxes of frozen "SEASONED COOKED BEEF." These products were distributed to federal establishments for further processing.
• 35 lb. boxes of "Sampco Brand FROZEN COOKED BEEF, Salt Added." These products were distributed to federal establishments for further processing.

Lancaster Foods, LLC Recalls Fresh Spinach with Best Enjoyed By Dates of June 19 to June 27, 2010 

Lancaster Foods, LLC is  recalling fresh Spinach with the Best Enjoyed By dates of 19 JUN 10 through 27 JUN 10 sold under the brand names Krisp-Pak, Lancaster Fresh, Giant, and America's Choice because they could be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recall extends only to products with this Use-by Date or Product Code and sold in the following states: New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, and Virginia. No other Lancaster Foods, LLC products are included in the recall.

Because it is still possible that the spinach with the Best Enjoyed By dates of 19 JUN 10 through 27 JUN 10 sold under the brand names Krisp-Pak, Lancaster Fresh, Giant or America's Coice could be on store shelves, this recall extends to retailers as well as consumers. 

Spinach included in the recall notification includes the items listed in the table below with Best Enjoyed By dates of 19 JUN 10 through 27 JUN 10.

Instructions for Consumers:
Check your refrigerator for packaged fresh Spinach with the Best Enjoyed By dates of 19 JUN 10 through 27 JUN 10 sold under the brand name Krisp-Pak, Lancaster Fresh, Giant, or America's Choice. The Use-by Date is found on the front of the package in the upper right hand corner.

Rich Products Corporation is recalling its Allen Bavarian Crème Filling (product code 02881) with Production codes 11870137F21, F-22, F-23, F-24, F-25, because the product may contain undeclared pecans, milk, and coconut. 

The pail size is 3.5 gallons. Pail weight is 31.0 lbs and the pail material is HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). Allen Bavarian Crème Filling is not packaged for retail distribution and is sold to foodservice distributors and in-store bakeries nationwide. Rich’s has already notified all of its distributors and customers who have received the products in question and has directed them to remove and destroy the affected products.

The product comes in 16 oz, clear plastic vacuum packed bags. The recalled Strawberry Farm Sun Dried Tomatoes were distributed in Queens, NY to a retail store.  

Consumers who have purchased 16 oz vacuum packed bags Strawberry Farm Sun Dried Tomatoes are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. is recalling Bimbo brand Soft White Bread (1 lb. 4 oz. or 567 grams) sold in California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington because it may contain undeclared milk. 

The product being recalled has a red band of color above the clear bag window on the front of bread bag and square lock tab closures in the colors and dates as follows:

Kroger Recalls Select Containers of Deluxe Chocolate Paradise Ice Cream for Undeclared Allergen 

The Kroger Co. is recalling select containers of Kroger Deluxe Chocolate Paradise Ice Cream sold in 17 states because it may contain tree nuts not listed on the label. Customers should return the product to stores for a full refund or replacement.

The product was sold in Kroger stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.  

The recall also includes Jay C, Food 4 Less, Hilander, Owen’s, Pay Less and Scott’s stores in Illinois and Indiana. Other stores Kroger operates under different banner names are not included in this recall.

(Terminal spores) in the swollen cans and heat stable spore-forming Bacillus species in a sample of can cooling water that was consistent with the organism found in the can.
